Grate Schabziger, mix well with butter (2) with a fork. Sauté the finely chopped onion in butter (1) until soft. Add the raw ham cut into strips and roast until crispy. Next, add the anchovy mixed with butter and stir until it melts, mix with the cooked croissants and place in a baking dish. Mix Gruyère with cream and spread evenly over the dish. Place the gratin in the oven heated to 200 °C for 20 minutes.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
