Cut the onion into rings and the bell bell pepper into strips. Fry lightly in the sunflower oil, adding the cumin. Salt and pepper to taste.

Salt and sear the meat on both sides and cook in indirect heat at 140 °C until a core temperature of 50 °C is reached.

Cut the meat into thin strips.

Slice the baguette horizontally.

Place onions and peppers on the bottom, pour 3 tablespoons of tartar sauce on top and layer the meat on top.

Place the sliced cheese on top of the meat and garnish with jalapeños.

Place in the oven at 180 °C for 10 minutes or on the grill (indirect heat!).
