Hot Dog Pizza

For the hot dog pizza, mix flour, salt. Mix the yeast in a little milk and let it stand for a few minutes. Add to the flour, oil and yogurt and knead into a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it rise twice in a warm place.

Divide in half and roll out slightly larger than the baking tray. Now place the sausages with a length of about 2-3 cm on the edge all around and fold the pizza edge over it. Press the edge well.

Cut the sausages every 2 cm and turn the pieces by 90 degrees to create the sun shape. Do the same with the second dough.

Mix the ingredients for the sauce until smooth and spread on both doughs. Spread the ingredients on the bases according to taste.

Mix the pressed garlic with olive oil and brush the dough sausages with it or just with beaten egg. The rest of the egg can be spread over the pizza.

Bake the pizza at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
