This is a very simple recipe to make hot sauce. Grind the seeded (!) chilies in a food processor or possibly with a blender. Add salt and vinegar and blend well one more time. Now fill into sterilized vials and put in the refrigerator for at least 1 week before use. You can vary the recipe and add garlic.

Info: In Tabasco are in detail the same ingredients. The difference is that in Tabasco the chilies ferment in oak barrels for 2 years and then vinegar is added.
