Instructions:

Put the flour on a pasta board, press a hollow in the middle. Pour in the water, eggs and oil and knead into a firm dough.

Cover and let rest for 30 minutes. Then roll out thinly and cut into 5 cm wide strips, lay them on top of each other and cut 1/2 cm wide again.

Let dry.

Boil the pasta in salted water for 30 minutes, rinse and serve as a side dish or with any sugo you like.
