Instructions:

For the hugo slices, beat the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Gradually stir in oil and water. Sift flour with baking powder and stir in carefully. Carefully fold in beaten egg whites and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Allow to cool. Soak gelatine in water and juice the lime. Mix yogurt, frsch cheese, lime juice and syrup.

Heat sugar and prosecco. Remove gelatin from water and squeeze out and then dissolve in Prosecco while stirring and stir in 2 tablespoons of the yogurt-frsch cheese mixture. Mix the Prosecco mixture with the remaining yogurt-cream cheese mixture. Make a mold border around the sponge cake. Pour the mixture onto the base. Then refrigerate the cake for two hours. Mix the cake jelly with the elderflower syrup and prosecco and bring to a boil while stirring, then pour over the top. When the cake jelly has cooled, carefully remove the mold. Decorate the hugo slice with whipped cream and pieces of lime.
