Instructions:

For the hummus, first rinse chickpeas in a colander in cold water and drain. Finely puree chickpeas and light mayonnaise, stir in yogurt. Season to taste with cayenne pepper and cumin.

Wash, quarter, seed and dice tomatoes.

Cut baguette into slices. Toast on the grill and spread with the puree. Sprinkle hummus with diced tomatoes.
