Instructions:

Bacon (diced) or sausage (sliced) are left out in a saucepan.

Add the finely chopped white cabbage and cook with spices and a little water until soft. Add the onion cut into slices.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices, pile them up and cook them.

Instead of bacon or possibly sausage, meatballs can also be added and stewed. Damm one must add 50 gram fat additionally.
