Instructions:

To make the iced tea, first place the tea leaves and fresh mint in a saucepan with the cane sugar and pour boiling water over them, then stir once. Let the tea steep for 3 minutes, then pour it through a strainer into another heatproof container that already has the orange marmalade in it.

Cover and let cool completely. Then pour through a strainer, bottle and refrigerate the iced tea.

For the grapefruit lemonade, rinse the lemons and grapefruit with lukewarm water and dry. Peel thinly. It is important that none of the white part of the peel is there, otherwise the lemonade will be bitter.

Make syrup, so peels, sugar and a little water in a saucepan boil open on low heat for about 5 minutes, turn off the temperature and let the peels steep in this syrup for about 15 minutes.

In the meantime, squeeze the grapefruit as well as the limes and boil the remaining water. Pour the juice and the boiling water to the peel syrup and let everything steep together, covered, for at least 12 hours while cooling. Then strain the grapefruit lemonade, bottle it and put it in the refrigerator.
