Instructions:

Halve, seed and finely dice the peppers. Quarter tomatoes, remove seeds and cut lengthwise into thin strips. Remove seeds from chili peppers and dice finely. Remove peel from ginger and dice very finely. Peel and finely dice onion.

Heat oil in a small saucepan, sauté ginger and onion briefly, sprinkle with curry powder, continue to sauté briefly, cool.

Mix yogurt and kefir with a hand blender. Add salt. Fold in tomatoes, peppers, chili, ginger and onion. Serve the soup ice cold garnished with coriander greens. It goes well with toasted pita bread.
