For the curry chicken, wash chicken and place in boiling, lightly salted water. Cook for 1 hour, then bone and portion the meat.

Peel onion and apple, core the apple. Dice onion and apple and saute in butter for about 5 minutes.

Add curry, fill up with boiled chicken stock and prepare curry sauce in it.

Stir in almond flakes and ginger, season the sauce with salt and pepper, let it cool down and pour it over the chicken pieces.

Arrange the curry chicken and serve with rice.
