Instructions:

For the Ischler Tartchen mix flour with baking powder well. Crumble with butter and then add sugar, cinnamon, nuts, lemon zest and yolk and knead the dough well.preheat the oven to 200°C.

Roll out the finished dough thinly and cut out discs with a cookie cutter. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 10 minutes.Spread half of the finished cookies with jam and put the other half of the cookies on top as a lid.

In a water bath, melt the butter with the chocolate coating and let cool again. Heat again and only then dip the Ischler Törtchen upside down into the chocolate. Garnish the finished Ischler tartlets with a halved almond or chopped pistachios.
