For the jam croissants, quickly knead the flour, butter pieces and all other ingredients into a smooth dough. Let rest in the refrigerator for about ½ hour.

On a floured work surface, roll out the dough and cut into triangles with a knife or pastry wheel.

Spread jam in the center of the dough triangles with a teaspoon. Roll up the dough triangles with the long side towards the tip and shape into croissants.

Line a baking tray with baking paper, place the croissants on it and bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.

After baking, sprinkle the jam croissants with powdered sugar while still warm.
