Instructions:

Bring fruit juice, jelling sugar and sugar to a boil in a saucepan. Allow to cool slightly and stir in the gelling powder and citric acid until everything has dissolved. Pour the mixture into a small mold lined with plastic wrap and refrigerate until the jelly is firm to the touch. Then cut into small cubes, place on baking parchment and let dry for about 24 hours. (Turn the cubes about halfway through the drying time.) When the cubes are dry, roll them entirely in granulated sugar. (Test: turn some jelly cubes in sugar. If the sugar remains dry, the mixture is dry enough).
