Try this delicious cake recipe:

(*) Cake springform pan 25 cm ø Spread the bottom of the pan with parchment paper. Preheat the stove to 170 °C.

Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath.

With a mixer, whisk the eggs, sugar and yolks to a thick white cream. Add the ground almonds, the toasted almonds and the dates. Stir everything well, then gently stir in the butter and chocolate mixture.

Pour the batter into the pan and bake for about fifty minutes.

Cool the cake a little bit, then remove it from the pan. Serve with crème fraîche.
