Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Melt the butter, rinse the raisins and rub dry. Mix the flour with the baking powder.

Add nuts, raisins, sugar, juice of one lemon and spices to the flour form and mix everything together well. Add the apple puree and the fat and mix everything together to form a smooth dough.

Grease a baking pan. Pour the dough into it and bake at 175 °C for about 60 minutes. Dust the cake with powdered sugar.
