Instructions:

half an hour, just stir water, flour, eggs, beer with a tiny bit of salt to a firm dough. Rest for 5 minutes. Press the dough through a dumpling sieve into boiling salted water. The dumplings are ready when they come to the surface (takes about 3 min). Later remove the dumplings and rinse.

Grate the cheese. Cut the onions and fry them. In a cast iron pan, alternate layers of gnocchi, cheese and onion. The last layer should be a lot of cheese. Bake in the oven until cheese is melted and begins to color.

Rinse chicory, cut tomatoes, peppers and zucchini into small pieces. Divide chicory into individual leaves. Mix oil, pepper, vinegar, salt and honey to make a marinade. Mix tomatoes, peppers and zucchini with the marinade. Arrange 3 chicory leaves in a star shape and put the lettuce in the middle. Garnish with parsley.

For garnish, peel the onion and cut into slices. Turn the rings in a mixture of flour and paprika powder on the other side and fry them in hot fat until they are golden brown.

Serve Kasnocken to the table sprinkled with fried onions and chive rolls, accompanied by the leaf salad.
