Instructions:

Heat butter in the frying pan / saucepan. Add onion, lentils and spices to melted butter form. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Add long grain rice. Stir until long grain rice begins to stick to the bottom.

Cover everything with water to a height of about 2 cm. Salt. Make at low temperature until long grain rice is soft and water is boiled down.
