For the kiwi chip cake, mix whipping cream and half of the sugar. Mix in the eggs one at a time. Mix baking powder with flour and ZImt, sift and stir in.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the dough evenly on it. Preheat oven to 170 °C.

Peel the kiwis, cut into small pieces and spread on the dough. Bring the butter to the boil with the milk and the remaining sugar, stir in the flaked almonds carefully and spread evenly over the kiwis.

Bake the kiwi sponge cake for half an hour (test with chopsticks).
