Instructions:

First, boil the smoked meat in water until soft, remove and set the stock (smoked meat soup) aside.

Peel and dice the onion and garlic and fry in hot oil or lard until translucent.

Meanwhile, chop the sauerkraut.

Dust with flour, add tomato paste, paprika powder, powdered sugar and the remaining spices.

Mix in the sauerkraut, pour in the selch soup and cook for about 25 minutes.

Cut selch meat into small cubes, cut debreziner into thin slices and add both. Bring to the boil again briefly.

Arrange the soup, garnish each with a tablespoon of sour cream and serve sprinkled with chives.
