Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Remove the skin from the onions and chop finely.

Mix well with minced meat, egg, [cheese], breadcrumbs, 2 tbsp parsley and the spices. Form 12 small, round meat cakes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters lengthwise. Rinse tomatoes and cut in half. Mix sambal oelek and tomato paste with vegetable soup. Brush the tray with the oil. Spread meatballs and potatoes evenly on it and drizzle with the clear soup. Cook in the middle of the stove for about 30 minutes. After about 15 minutes, add the tomatoes and cook. Mix the yogurt with the juice of one lemon and the rest of the parsley. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Remove tray from heat. Arrange köfte, tomato halves and potatoes on 4 plates. Serve with yogurt sauce.

Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
