For the köfte with bulgur, place the bulgur in a large colander and wash with cold water until the water runs clear. Bring 380 ml of salted water to a boil in a saucepan and add the bulgur. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.

Finely chop the onions and garlic. Wash the parsley and thyme, shake dry and finely chop the leaves. Knead all ingredients well (for at least 7 minutes). With wet hands, form oval balls, then flatten slightly.

Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry bulgur köfte in it from both sides.
