Instructions:

Remove the skin from the kohlrabi, cut into slices and quarter slices. Remove peel from carrots and cut into slices. Cook together in salted water with a little bit of sugar for 20 minutes. Mix minced meat with pepper, salt, paprika, seasoning and chopped onion. Chop the parsley. Layer carrots, parsley, kohlrabi and mince alternately in a greased gratin dish. The top layer should be minced meat. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper in between. Pour the vegetable soup over the casserole. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, cheese and butter flakes. Bake in the oven at medium heat for 30 minutes.

Serve with tomato sauce and curried rice.
