For the kohlrabi vegetables, melt butter in a saucepan. Peel the kohlrabi and cut the top piece with the very small, young leaves into very small pieces.

Cut the rest of the kohlrabi into slices and then into cubes, sauté in the hot butter, pour in the soup and cook for a few minutes together with pepper and salt.
