Kohlrabi remove the peel, cut into quarters, cut into slices. Make eggs, rinse with cold water, remove the shell and chop. Rinse spring onions, drain, chop finely. Boil water, pour in kohlrabi. Salt, simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. The kohlrabi should still have bite. Drain, then spread out on plates. Mix oil, vinegar, capers, chopped chives, spring onions, egg and salt to salad dressing and pour over the still warm kohlrabi. Enjoy lukewarm.

Our tip: Always use fresh chives whenever possible!
