For the lamb skewers, rinse the lamb in cold water and pat dry. Cut into approx. 3 x 3 cm cubes. Clean the mushroom heads dry, cut large ones in half. Pat the sheep’s cheese dry if necessary and cut into cubes.

For the marinade, pluck the leaves from the thyme sprigs and strip the rosemary needles from the stems. Finely chop the thyme and rosemary. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together. Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Thread lamb cubes, mushrooms and feta cheese alternately onto skewers. Grill the lamb skewers on the hot grill on all sides (approx. 10 minutes). The lamb may still be pink inside. Of course, you can also prepare the skewers in the grill cup.
