Instructions:

Pat the meat dry and cut into 20 equal cubes. Mix olive oil with lemon juice, oregano and pressed garlic. Add the meat cubes, season with salt, bell pepper and paprika and mix well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. Peel and quarter the onions. Wash tomatoes and drain well. Alternate with the meat on 4 skewers, brush with the marinade and roast on the grill for about 15 minutes. Turn in between and brush again with marinade.
