For the lasagna muffins, butter the muffin tin well.

Prepare the Bolognese sauce according to the basic recipe. Prepare bechamel and also pasta dough according to the respective basic recipe.

Roll out the fresh pasta dough thinly with a pasta machine, or a pasta walker and cut into rectangles of different sizes.

Line each ramekin with two pasta rectangles so that the entire mold is lined and there is still a bit of pasta dough peeking out over the edge.

Put a large tablespoon of Bolognese sauce in each mold, then add salt and pepper, drizzle with a little less Béchamel sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan. This is followed by another layer of pasta dough, pressed a little and again bolognese sauce, salt, pepper, bechamel and parmesan.

Bake the lasagna muffins in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 20 minutes.
