A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Or in good German : ribbon noodles with juice of a lemon.

Make the pasta “al dente”. Rinse the lemon, dab dry and carefully shave off the outer peel very thinly, peel the lemon and wuerflen the frcut flesh, losing as little juice as possible. Heat whipping cream and lemon cubes, add aquavit, bring to boil. Mix in lemon juice. Pour the whipped cream over the pasta form and sprinkle the parmesan on top.

Finally, add the lemon peel shavings on top.
