Instructions:

For the layered muesli, put the five-grain flakes in a tall glass. Drizzle the aloe vera juice on top. Puree the fruit with the lime juice, about 6 leaves of lemon verbena and the chia seeds in a blender. and layer on the flakes.

Then pour the vanilla yogurt over the fruit puree. Garnish with lemon verbena.
