Combine all ingredients, knead into a dough and let rest overnight at room temperature. Roll out on a floured work surface and cut in half. Brush one half with beaten egg and spread small mounds of the appropriate filling, leaving enough space between them. Cover with the second sheet of dough. Lightly press the spaces in between and cut out taler with a serrated or round cookie cutter. Knead dough scraps together and process again as described above.Place on prepared baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at about 165 to 175°C for 15 to 18 minutes until light brown.
