For the leek and sausage stew, place the leeks and potatoes in a saucepan. Add 1/4 l of the soup and the wine and simmer on low heat for about 40 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.

Skin and slice the bacon sausage. Place the sausage and bacon in a pot with the remaining soup and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Mix flour and milk and season with oregano, basil, nutmeg and salt and pepper.

Pour this mixture over the leeks and potatoes. Drain the bacon and sausage and pour over the leeks and potatoes. Cover the casserole and cook the leek and sausage stew over low heat for 15 minutes.
