Finely slice the leek (1-2 mm), remove the seeds from the peppers and cut the pods into small cubes. Mix well with the spices, the juice of the lemon and the oil. Cut the feta cheese into cubes and mix carefully. Let it stand for a while and bring it to the table when it has cooled down.

Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
