Instructions:

Squeeze the lemons. Peel the peel with a peeler and cut into pieces. Wash the basil well.

Bring the sugar to the boil with 100 ml of water, remove from the heat and add the basil and lemon peel. Let the syrup cool down, then filter it through a sieve.

Mix the syrup with the lemon juice and pour mineral water or tap water. Pour the lemonade into a well-sealed bottle and store in the refrigerator.

To serve, place a slice of lemon, two leaves of basil and a few ice cubes in each glass and top with the lemon basil lemonade.
