For the lemon nut cake, cream margarine, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and yolks. Slowly stir in lemon juice.

Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into fat mixture with remaining ingredients. Pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake the lemon nut cake at 190° for approx. 35-40 minutes.
