For the Parmesan butter baguette, remove the seeds from the chili pepper, peel the garlic and finely chop both. Grate the zest of the lemon and lime. Mix the butter with olive oil and stir in all the ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Cut diagonal deeper notches in the baguette and spread the butter into them. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella and bake in a preheated oven at 190 °C for 5-8 minutes until crispy.

This baguette is ideal as a side dish at the barbecue, with salads or meat.
