Instructions:

Bacon, sauté greens, add lentils and clear soup, simmer for 30 minutes on low heat.

Add the potatoes and the onion with the bay leaf spice and cloves, season with salt and freshly ground pepper, simmer for 15 minutes.

Fill up with the hot lentil soup.

(Depending on your choice bring hot sausages to the table).

Our tip: Use bacon with a fine smoky note!
