Soak wheat grains in cold water for one night, drain the next morning.

Cut onions and ginger bulb into small cubes, press garlic clove through a press. Heat fat in a saucepan, sauté onions in it on 2 or automatic cooking plate 4 to 5. Add curry, water, lentils, ginger, garlic and wheat grains, bring to a boil on 3, cook for 50 minutes on 1 or automatic hotplate 4 to 5, turn off hotplate, cook for another 10 minutes. In the Kelomat, shorten the cooking time to 20 min.

Toast almond leaves briefly in dry frying pan. Cut pineapple into cubes, add, steam both for 5 min until soft and add to lentils form. Season the dish well with curry, soy sauce and salt.
