Instructions:

Put the lentils in a saucepan with enough water and simmer for ten minutes. Remove the pot from the heat and drain the lentils.

Fry the onion and garlic in hot oil, add the tomatoes, lentils, salt, pepper and bay leaves. Add water as needed and make the lentils. When they are soft, season with vinegar.
