Instructions:

For lentil vegetables, first boil lentils in water until soft.

Cut onion into small cubes, zucchini and bell bell pepper into small cubes as well. Heat the oil and fry the vegetables in it.

Strain the softly cooked lentils and add to the vegetables with the tomatoes. Simmer everything on low heat for about 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and parsley.

Serve the lentil vegetables.
