Remove the skin from the onions and cut them into rings, rinse and clean the peppers and cut them into strips, rinse the tomatoes and cut them into quarters or eights, depending on their size. Put the fat in a frying pan, sauté the onions, seasoning them heartily with bell pepper and seasoning them with paprika powder. Then add the paprika, stir well and continue to sauté on a low flame for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Then add the tomatoes and cook, stirring occasionally.
