Instructions:

For the lecho meat, fry onion in oil. Cut peppers and tomatoes into large cubes and add to onion.

Add garlic, tomato paste and spices. Cook for about 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan, brown turkey meat and add to the letcho. Simmer the letcho meat for another 10 minutes.
