Crumble the butter with the flour and quickly mix with all the ingredients to form a smooth dough. Wrap in cling film and leave to rest in a cool place for 1/2 hour. Roll out the dough so that it can be used to line a springform pan with a rim and there is still enough dough left for a lid. Line the bottom and sides of the springform pan with dough, spread generously with jam or compote. Place the remaining dough as a lid, pour melted butter over it and sprinkle with almond flakes, cinnamon and hail sugar. Preheat the oven to 180 °C and bake the cake until golden brown.
