For the light flower muffins, preheat the oven to 160 degrees hot air.

In one bowl, sift the baking powder into the flour.

In the second bowl, mix the sugar, egg, yogurt and vanilla. Then roughly mix this mixture with the flour, do not mix until fluffy, because the muffins will not be fluffy.

Pour the muffin batter into the buttered or with muffin paper cups lined muffin tray. Fill only two-thirds full, as the muffins are still rising.

Bake the muffins for about 20 minutes.

Then let cool slightly and decorate delicately with white chocolate icing. Apply this to the muffins and lay out the flowers of your choice.
