Boil the sugar and water. Mix the lime blossoms and honey into the hot sugar solution and cool with the lid closed.

The last step is to add the lemon slices and citric acid and leave it in a cool place with the lid closed for 5-7 days.

Drain the syrup and bottle it. Cork and keep cooled.

Tip: Further processing of lime blossom syrup is on the spot as for the elderflower syrup.
