Instructions:

Peel the mango, cut from the stone and cut into 1cm cubes.

Finely grate the peel of 1/2 orange and squeeze the juice. Mix orange peel, orange liqueur, orange juice, vanilla paste and mango and steep for at least 10 min.

Lime: Finely grate lime peel, squeeze juice Mix lime peel, juice, sugar, mascarpone, honey and sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and carefully stir into the yogurt mixture. Ladyfingers Cut the ladyfingers in half and use half to line the bottom of dessert glasses. Spread half of the marinated mango with liquid evenly on the cookies, then spread half of the cream evenly on top. Later, repeat spreading a layer of cookies and mango evenly on the cream and cover the whole with the remaining cream.

Leave to cool until ready to serve.

Finely grate the white chocolate and sprinkle over the trifle before serving. Bring to the table immediately.
