Try this delicious pasta dish:

Remove the bones from the salmon, cut into narrow strips and set aside. Clean the broccoli, cut into small roses and cook in salted water until tender. Drain in a colander and set aside as well. Bring the salted water to the boil and add the pasta. While they are cooking al dente, make the sauce. To do this, melt the butter in a frying pan and lightly sauté the shallots and garlic in it. In a container, add the milk, sour cream or crème fraiche and a small! Stir the milk or crème fraiche and a small dash of lemon juice. Stir the flour into the frying pan (one minute). Then slowly add the milk-sour cream or crème fraiche mixture, stirring throughout.
