Try this delicious pasta dish:

Halve the zucchini, cut diagonally into 6 mm wide strips. Cut the tomatoes in half if they are large. Set aside 1 teaspoon of garlic, mix the rest, lemon zest and parsley to make a gremolata. set aside. Bring water to a boil. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil, roast zucchini, rest garlic, s+p 2-3 min until zucchini is just warm. S to cooking water form, cook pasta until cooked. Before draining, add a few tablespoons of cooking water to zucchini Form, along with tomatoes, and remaining olive oil. Drain the pasta and add to the frying pan, as well as the gremolata, juice of one lemon and pine nuts. Season to taste. Mix well and bring to table on the spot, sprinkled with a little parmesan.

Great summer meal, looks great and tastes super.
