For the Linzer eyes, quickly knead a shortcrust pastry from butter, flour, sugar and yolks and chill for about 1 hour.

Then roll out the dough and cut out half full cookies and half cookies with holes.

Bake them at 160 degrees convection oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown. After cooling, put one cookie with holes and one without holes together with jam.

Dust the Linzer eyes with powdered sugar.
