Lightly squeeze the curd in a tea towel, mix with the soft butter until smooth.

Finely chop the capers and dice the onions. Stir both into the curd mixture.

Season with salt, bell pepper and paprika powder, garnish with finely diced red bell pepper and refrigerate for about 3 hours.
